We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's location was very close to the center of the town, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, giving us a great start to our days of exploration.

Right by Wales Park, 10 minutes' walk to Kandy train station. We enjoyed the location, which was GOOD. We used free parking on site.

The location of the hotel is great, being very close to the lake. You can easily walk to the lake in just a few minutes. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. They even recommended places to eat and booked a taxi for us. the breakfast at the hotel was also delicious, and we were able to enjoy it in the beautiful garden. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and spotless linens.

Despite the overall positive experience, some aspects of the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could be improved.

This accommodation was excellent! the staff were very welcoming and always on hand to offer advice, whether it was for recommendations on local eateries or organising taxis. the peaceful location was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city - yet still in a convenient location. the garden was absolutely beautiful and a great spot for relaxing. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely linen and towels provided.

There were a few minor faults in the accommodation such as wiring and a dripping air conditioning unit which could use some maintenance. Nonetheless, it was still a wonderful stay with great service.
